While I have traditionally only sold digital items in the shop, I have a few physical items currently. These are from my previous shop Sewcialist, currently on hold. Here are some legal details on how shipping and refunds work for the purposes of business requirements!


Physical Shop Items

Physical goods are print on demand, meaning that they don’t exist until you order. I use Printful for this integration.

Shipping is estimated at 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. You will see an option to select your shipping method at checkout. Note that times in shipping DO NOT include production. That is the time from when the item leaves the warehouse.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Please contact me for steps if you hate your item! We’ll make arrangements. (I’ll probably keep it. 🤫 ) After 14 days, I regret that a refund cannot be issued.

Digital Shop Items

If you purchase a PDF, you’ll get access to the item as soon as checkout is completed. This is NOT a physical item, and nothing will be mailed to you. Due to the nature of digital items, no refunds can be given. If you have an issue with the file or pattern, please contact me and I will do what I can to assist!
